[POE2] Moment of Zen blocks atlas progression

When you enter moment of zen, there's the nameless seer trading a free unique. However there are no monsters on the map, and trading with the seer does not complete the map. The map is currently not completable and will block the path to anything beyond it

Same thing happened to me, took the unique and cant progress further

Wait... this has happened to me. How do we fix it?? I can't map. I'm stuck on Moment of Zen, cannot choose any other map.
