Refund Request for POE2 Early Access - Unable to Reach Support

Hey,

I recently purchased early access to Path of Exile 2, but unfortunately, the game hasn’t been what I expected, and I’m not enjoying it as much as I had hoped. I applied for a refund just a few hours after the purchase, adhering to tha refund policy I read on some user's post regarding refunds being issued within 48 hours as long as no points have been used.

However, I’ve encountered an issue when trying to contact support. After submitting my request via email, I received the following automated response after a day of waiting:

"The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that time, your message will be delivered."

With the support inbox seemingly full, I’m unsure how to proceed. Could someone from the Grind Gear team please assist with this? I’d appreciate any help in resolving this matter promptly.

Same scenario here. Got the same exact bounce back message. Seems GGG isn't understanding our emails are not going through to support?
