[POE 2] Tornado Shot restriction
I've been playing grenade Ranger/Deadeye and just got to the tier XI skills. I was really excited because on reviewing the video for Tornado Shot it said it multiplied projectiles fed into it. I was excited that there was at least one skill in the game where I would be happy experimenting with and actually use the better integrated weapon swapping that PoE2 has been working with. Unfortunately tornado shot has the restriction of only multiplying arrows and bolts, not grenades or other projectiles. The restriction to me feels really strange and not in the spirit of inspiring curious with using fun skills together that PoE has had.
I'm enjoying the game but the more I look at skills together it does seem like there are limited lines you go down when picking which skills to use and which actually interact with it. I was really excited about being able to use tornado shot with different projectiles but the bolt and bow skills are all kind of samey to me and I'm already specced into a build. Not sure if this will actually have any merit but wanted to give my opinion on something I think could be looked at. Cheers Last bumped on Dec 9, 2024, 10:15:24 PM

The skill design overall is way too on rails for me. I was expecting more basic skills with supports that can modify them in multiple different viable directions. Instead we have on rails combos that feel significantly less customizable than PoE1
