Bought coins instead of Early Access

I bought 300 coins instead of the Ealy Access to poe2 mistakenly. Can I have those 2 transactions cancelled so I don't get charged by my credit card company and buy the Early Access Pack of poe2? I already sent you guys an e-mail regarding this topic.

Okay then. Do you know whats the average time to answer a support ticket?

According to this post here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3592995 they're receiving 50 mails per 20 minutes, which leaves 24 seconds per mail, just to prevent stalling of incoming new mails.

I've been waiting a couple days now for support to get back to me, having the same problem as you. Seeing how they have only 24 seconds on average to respond to each e-mail, and most e-mails taking way longer to handle than that, I'd say we're royally screwed, haha.

I've redownloaded PoE 1 again and playing Standard HC in the meantime cuz what else can an exile do to remain sane.
