POE 2 MAP DEVICE NOT WORKING

THE MAP DEVICE DOESN'T WORK, CLICKING IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING IT DOES NOT WORK IT IS BRICKED. I TRIED RESTARTING, CHANGING ZONES, CHANGING SERVERS, REINSTALLING, NOTHING FUCKING WORKS. THE GAME IS LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE CUZ THE FUCKING MAP DEVICE DOESN'T WORK CLICKING IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, NO MAP INTERFACE OPENS NOTHING AT ALL HAPPENS IT'S STRAIGHT UP BROKEN AND THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO TO FIX IT. GGG PLEASE FIX THE MAP DEVICE I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME MY KIDS ARE COUNTING ON ME TO BRING FOOD TO THE TABLE AND YOU ARE PREVENTING ME FROM DOING SO. FIX THE FUCKING MAP DEVICE BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I genuinely want to scream. I was so excited to try out the endgame that they had a 1-hour overview video on and I literally can't do it at all :/.

After the new patch is not working for me.

I changed from SSF to standard league and now i cant use the device. Playing on PS5.

I also can't use the map device after migrating from SSF to Standard league, I made a thread here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3698673/page/1

Also the portal that allows you to go to the past and future seems to not work, when I go near it, it just doesn't turn on but I can see other players going in/out of it

found a solution from the official poe discord:

To get your map device working again, you'll need to take the following steps:

1. Create a new character in Solo Self-Found (SSF) mode.
2. Migrate all your characters from SSF to the non-SSF league.
3. After migrating, your map device should become operational.

I can confirm this works! (playing PS5).
