I bought early Access on PS5 and never get coins.

I bought early Access on PS5 and just get game. No coins, no key/access to PC (steam) version. And in manage account there is information that I don't have access after all...

Early Access on PS5 only gives you early access on the Playstation platform. There is no key granted to also get access on PC.

As to the missing points can you try re-syncing your account? You can do this by opening the Microtransaction Shop in-game and choosing the Buy Points option from the left hand side. This should trigger your account to sync, and your mtx points should appear in the total at the top of the screen.

(GGG really ought to create a sticky about this to explain what's happening and include instructions to sync. So many people seem to get negatively impacted by this bug, in what appears to them to be outright theft.)
