No support response = frustration
I know I’m just one of many with account issues with paying money for support packs and paying money for a twitch reward drop but like seriously it’s been days have not gotten any support or response from the GGG team. I’ve emailed and posted on here and still no help. I’m getting out of the spirit of even playing the game at this point.
My founder rewards and twitch rewards are not linked to the same sub account. Both are separate on accounts.. I’ve paid $100 and plus money on the twitch drop. Love to support game developers but come on please. The account stuff is very confusing and I feel like they could’ve done this way better to inform us in the beginning.
