about refund

Hello, I recently started POE 2. it's really really good game. it's almost the best game in my life.

soI upgraded my support pack to enjoy the game more from basic support pack.

And today(3 hours ago) , I purchased 2 skins 'Nightfall armor' and 'Wintercaller' skin.


I didn't think those skins has effect which make my eyes tired.
Because another skin which i got from support pack had no effect.

so I would like to ask you for refund.

My eyes have some problem so it's getting tired with some effect.
I would like to ask you to consider it and proceed Refund.
(if you accept refund for those 2 skins both, it would be really great.
but if you only accept only 1 case, then I would like to ask you refund 'Nightfall Armor skin first, because it giving me more pain on my eyes'
