account confusion

so i purchased a supporter pack on GGGs website not knowing i had to purchase direct from playstaion store to play on console. is there an avenue to get a refund for my purchase so i can re-purchase through sony?

ive sent 2 emails which havent gone through which is frustrating :(

any help would be appreciated.
