Chapter 2 Bugs in Side Tasks

To place a task item into the slot, you need to have two complete task items at the same time
I have both the left half of the task props from Chapter 2 and Chapter 4, but I left them in Chapter 4. The task prop from Chapter 2 disappeared directly.
And I can insert the task props from the right half of Chapter 2 into the slot
Afterwards, I attempted to retrieve the left half of the mission item in Chapter 2, but it took me over an hour. The enemy was unable to drop the mission item.
Is this a bug?

Is it because of this mission that I am unable to enter the final content due to not completing all the campaigns?
