Am I still in the email queue?

Is there anyway to check to see if I'm still in the queue, no response from my answer about email and characters on my account to unlink my steam account for 9days now, I'm beginning to believe the email was just deleted. Will PM my email to any GGG personnel if they'll check, but I don't have high hopes
