Fast Forward Gem - wrong description or wrong effect

The gem should only lower duration but it cuts your damage almost in half. Here is a comparison with a similar gem Overabundance

DAMAGE WITHOUT SUPPORT:


DAMAGE WITH FAST FORWARD(30% less skill duration)


DAMAGE WITH OVERABUNDANCE(50% less skill duration)


As you can see both gems have similar effect 30% less duration for Fast Forward and 50% less duration for Overabundance but the fast forward gem significantly reduce the damage of the skill without saying so.

Here is another skill example here the duration of the skill does not affect the total damage of the skill at all but still the gem reduces the damage:

You don't seem to have enough strength: STR(2/1) is shown in red.
And the weapon swap is shown for Solar Orb as (currently inactive) "II" instead of "I".

Try to remove the other red support gem (from another skill, not shown in screenshot).
