Lightning infusion on herald of thunder gives buff to all attacks

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is intended, but when I add lightning infusion on herald of thunder, ALL my attacks get the 25% lightning buff, including voltaic mark, which lightning infusion shows it shouldn't support.
On top of that, when I slot lightning infusion to herald of thunder, the attacks don't even get the 50% less cold/fire debuff, which they get without lightning infusion.
This doesn't happen with fire/cold infusion : when I slot them on herald of thunder, the dmg of my other gems doesn't change. I also tried with precision (which has a similar wording to lightning infusion), and this doens't work either (no added accuracy for other gems)

Mine too…!!! I see all my spirit right down but when I activate the herald the spirit is the same …139, I activate and not activate but it doesn’t work, and my damage was reduced totally, I was in tier 7 map and now I only can play in tier 1,2, I tested all, but herald can’t activate and I tried everything , I don’t know what can I do, help please because we can’t play like these, even I bought the effect which change the color and effectively, herald doesn’t work.
