Killed KoM and looted Golden Tomb but still only 30 spirit...

Hey all,

I need some help, or need to report a bug.

I've read/heard that you get 30 spirit guaranteed from the KoM and from looting the Golden Tomb but I've done each multiple times and still only have 30 spirit. I can't seem to get the 2nd item to drop... Any help/insight?
