Very concerned and not sure I should further invest
I already had an account through Steam, couldn't retrieve an account through my email address, so I created an account, then linked my steam and now I got 2 (sub)accounts.
I purchased PoE2 through steam, but for some reason the credits are applied to the 2nd newly created sub account. I had the intention to buy the game on my Xbox too, but I am not sure I still will after reading all these complaints regarding account related matters on this forum. I did sent an email as is templated requested here on the forum, but it takes 48 hours to receive the automated email from Gmail stating they can't deliver the email to GGG support. Now I received the 2nd email stating gmail again couldn't, but will try to ship the email for the next 26 hours. I am pretty sure my email will never reach GGG, and it is discouraging and preventing me from investing further in GGG. I noticed I'm not playing the game as I'm not able to spent my 300 credits, I know its peanuts but I want the experience to be proper, in addition I feel like couch crashing this game behind my console rather than behind my desk through the steam account, but buying the game on xbox to then wait even longer for a 2nd question when the first one hasn't even been answered is preventing me from doing so. I wish GGG made account related matters easier, as now they missing out on money I wanted to spent days ago but haven't, while I'm not playing the game when I did really look forward to it.
