Level 11 Gas Grenade skill cannot use

I leveled up my Gas Grenade skill gem and then proceeded to not be able to use it at all. It removes the skill from my hotbar and I cannot reassign it. The information page shows "This information is currently unavailable".

I have 81 Strength and 74 Dexterity. I am level 45. I should have all the stats necessary to wield it. I created a level 10 Gas Grenade gem from a spare gem that I had and it works as usual. Possible issue from update?

Update: I upgraded the new gas grenade gem to level 11 and it is working fine. Must be some weirdness from the patchless update.

I have this same problem, except its with all my grenades. When I try to select skills from the skill bar instead of grenades there are 4 summons that don't even react to enemies.
