Merged accounts issue

I merged my two accounts I had and my support pack is on one account and my twitch drops are on another account. So I have an account that has my $100 The King of the Faridun Supporter Pack and the other account has my twitch drops and they drop you had to spend money to gift subs. I’ve emailed support hasn’t received any response yet. I know you all are busy and I love supporting you all and that’s the reason I bought the support pack. I read it’s going to be some updates to accounts maybe soon but I know my account still has this issue. I just really want to get my support pack and my twitch drops on the account I’m using right now to play. I’m just a little upset because I spent money and now I think I messed up my support pack/Twitch drops and account. Please help. Again I understand I’m just one of many but just haven’t heard back from support and I’m just frustrated with all the money I spent and no response or issue resolved.
