High end PC crash and waiting for a response
Hi,
So I bought the game on PC and PS5 to be able to play with cross progression. PC froze and I have to do a hard reset 3 times last Friday night. I didn't play this weekend and a lot of people said that some have bricked their PC and it's seem that no patch have been release for this problem. The reason of my message is yes I am pretty sure that right now you have a lot of work and receiving a lot of email but I already made a ticket because I can't link my Sony account right now because it's have the same login process as my PC account. So now I have 2 PoE2 (On PC and on PS5) and can't even play because I don't want to bricked my 5000$ PC and I have to wait I don't know how many more days just to have a response about my Sony account deleted to be able to link it to my PC account and be able to play it on PS5 Pro. I am not angry and I know that a lot of people are waiting for a response but seriously I am about the create one new PS5 account just to only play PoE2 on my PS5 Pro because right now for some people game is not even playable on PC. Thanks |

I may not work as a technical supporter at GGG, but, you having a high end PC as you proclaim, has nothing to do with Early Access server issues or any other issues at all.
The servers are handling so much traffic meanwhile GGG are working on patch notes and bug fixes at the same time. Everyone has login issues, performance issues and other related issues regarding this. That's what happens at EA. The same happened with D4 and LE. So it's nothing new. I haven't heard of anyone bricking their PC's because of the launch of poe2, it sounds a little extreme. You will just have to wait it out. The last couple of weeks people have sent huge amounts of mails and tickets to GGG, and while they are doing the best they can to respond back, they are only human beings. You will get a response on your ticket I'm quite sure, but you will have to be patient like all other people. |
