Mouse cursor displayed position dislocated to the click position

After running PoE2 and another game in parallel, there was a problem with the mouse cursor. The mouse pointer was moved about 10cm to the bottom right of the center to its selected click position. I play in Windows full screen. Only after I switched back to full screen and then back again did the mouse return to its original position, but to do this I had to switch off the other game in the background and to restart the computer.

I now have this bug every time I log in, maybe this was already there before?
Whenever I log in, my mouse position is already shifted in the login screen and this problem can only be solved in the game.

Problem solution -> switch from window full screen to full screen, confirm, go back to window full screen, confirm.
Mouse position again exactly in the character position.
