Still need steam account unlinked to play, email sent 4 days ago never delivered

All I need is the current steam account unlinked from my poe account (it's an old steam) so that I can connect the one I used my EA key on. I can't use the standalone launcher because the steam version is the only one on geforce now.
I have tried sending an email to support for several days now and they are not being delivered. There are tons of old threads of support being able to do this via the forums, why was that functionality removed? :( Last bumped on Dec 9, 2024, 3:10:26 PM
