I didn't get 300 points

I did not receive 300 points for purchasing the game on Steam, I have them but on an email that was created on the launch day where everything was bugged, and when I connected my Steam account, the Steam website seemed to give me a new account where I have 0 points, is it possible for you to transfer these points to the account on which I play and delete the other one?
