Screen Tearing while in town

Hello,

I am experiencing a large amount of Screen tearing and frame drops while in town. I have only been in Clearfell Encampment so far. I have adjusted the Graphics settings so that while I am OUT of town the game looks good. I had experienced some screen tearing out of town but when I changed some settings the problem was resolved. Forget specifically what I did, removing sharpening seemed to help. That being said.

No matter what graphics settings I have, in town the screen tears and frames drop. There is hardly anyone in the town.

While playing in the open game frames are Capped at 60 and response is about 17-23 with no screen tearing.

While in town frames drop to 30-40 Response stays at around 20 and there is a lot of screen tearing.

It isn't a big deal, is this common? Would like to fix it if I can.

I noticed the same thing. When in town there is screen tearing but none outside of town

Same here. Tons of instability in town

Chiming in to say I'm getting plenty of screen tearing no matter where I am, in and out of town.
