Is it possible to transfer a character from one account to another under the same ID?

Sorry for my English. I recently bought the Early Access pack, but I made a mistake and forgot that I already had another account. I ended up playing my new character on my old account and progressed to Act 2. Then I realized that my main account, where I purchased the Early Access pack, is a different account.
I’d like to know if it’s possible to transfer a character to another account. Thank you :D from Thailand. Last bumped on Feb 4, 2025, 4:22:38 AM

Many people have similar issues. If you have access to POE2 with both accounts or subaccounts. I suggest you to go to the one with your cosmetics and reroll directly.
Not sure the support will help you to transfer any cosmetics or characters for one account to the other and even if they do, it will take a long time as they are flooded by requests now.. (more than 4 days of waiting for me, just for 1 click to unlink Steam and still no answer). By the time you got an answer, you would already level a new character. Also to help you, you can ask someone to help to transfer your stuff from your first character to the new one.. at least it will make it easier and faster to progress. Having same issue. Idk why they cant "share" cosmetics between linked accounts, that wouls sovle the issue i think.

Same issue here. I have been waiting since 1/3/2025 for a response. I get they are swamped, but I got a response within the week after my initial email. I sent them the info they needed and haven't heard anything for a month.

Same exact issue. Purchased points on new account then I realized I have leveled my chars on older account. Contacted support - don't seem to be getting an answer any time soon. Points should be shared across linked accounts or at least some sort of way to transfer chars/points between them.
This just sucks. Hard. |
