Refund on cosmetics

Is there a way to refund the cosmetics that were purchased?
I've purchased cosmetics thinking it was for POE 2 but it's for POE 1. I already emailed support@grindinggear.com but haven't received any response yet. Last bumped on Dec 9, 2024, 1:09:31 PM
