Unlink Steam Account

Hello. Please unlink my steam account from this profile. I tried to do it through support but it keeps telling me “There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com. “ I've been waiting for a few days. Please do not leave my question without attention. I bought a POE2 on another account and I want to link it to the incentive. I can't do it because my old account is linked to it. Please help me.
