Infernalist witch - Exploding Poison Cloud - League Starter - 1 button build
GGG pushed the hotfix, and it seems like it does not affect skeleton snipers so far
Just to begin with, I have never done my own build, and I am just playing around a bit with what works for me. So I don't expect this build to last long. But for starting the league it should work fine. Especially for people having problems at the beginning with the witch and weak minions. - If the damage is not enough in Act 1 go for chaos damage, corrosion and Essence Drain (I did play with arsonist minions but they didn't work well, so a better fire skill should make enough damage with bombing the clouds) I am currently start of Act 3 I will update this build as I go (I am slow, so bear with me) Feel free to change this build around however you see fit Passive Skill Tree: - It feels like the exploding clouds scale with your minion sniper damage, so minion damage feels like a nice thing - Minion Health and Faster Revival is pretty good too - Go into dex, strength and Int as needed for level ups and support skills - If you have problems with survivability you can go in extra energy shield, but it should not be needed (for now) Skills: - Until you can ascend use a fire skill of your choice that ignites the posion clouds from your snipers - After ascencion this will be a 1 button build (for now) Skeletal Warrior Minion on Staff - extra damage and tanky - Meat Shield - More max life - Minion Instability - Extra damage when they die, more life means more damage - Brutality - more damage, why not? Skeletal Sniper - our main damage dealers, poison cloud needs to be used actively - Corrosion - Our poison clouds will damage the armor of enemies, so when it explodes it does higher damage | because the clouds explode instantly with hellhound it can be that the armor doesn't shred so you can put faster attack speed in here - Scattershot - More arrows - Acceleration - faster arrows Grim Feast: - Much more survivabilty (if you don't have enough spirit remove clarity or vitality) - Clarity - mana rec - Vitality - Life rec Pain Offering: - Extra damage if you struggle - Persistance - So that it is longer on the field - Magnified Effect - more AoE to reach your minions Armor: - Spirit is the best, otherwise go for max life and resistances (in the beginning everything you need, later fire and chaos) - whatever you prefer Ascendancy: Infernalist Loyal Hellhound: Summon Infernal Hound: - He automates the igniting of the clouds and tanks for you - Elemental Army - Better Survival - Last Gasp - The longer he lives, the better Last edited by Pit_TheAingel#5319 on Dec 10, 2024, 12:04:36 PM Last bumped on Dec 10, 2024, 12:01:13 PM

So far (Act 3) this build still works pretty well, let's hope it stays like this
I made some changes to the support skills that push more damage But I am not sure if our poison clouds still shred enemy armor because they usually blow up instantly by the hellhound. But for the rare occurance they do stay a bit longer on the field I keep it.
