Missing coins and characters

The coins from the support pack and characters I made on friday were I logged off.

Hello,
I also got 1000 coins off of buying a support pack that transferred over from poe 1 to poe 2 but when I went into the microtransactions in poe 2 to acquire a skin my 1000 coins are gone and it is asking me to buy coins again. |
