Missing coins and character

Hi when linking I lost all my coins and characters when I logged out Friday.
I have tried to email support however it appears that the emails just returned after 1 day and there is a problem on your end. Please fix so I can play. Last bumped on Dec 9, 2024, 12:34:13 PM
