Mausoleum of the Praetor - can't log in

This is the second character this has happened to: same location, same problem.

I login to my character and it just freezes as it tries to load me into the Mausoleum of the Praetor.

The cogs whirl around - then freeze and nothing happens.

Can't back out, can't do anything. All progress lost.

Second time. Same place. I gave it another go after I lost the first character to this. Won't be doing it again.

Xbox Series X.
