Unique weapon issue

Having an issue with Unique wands not allowing mouse movement when using mouse/keyboard. Also picking up items is nearly impossible when using a unique wand probably due to the casting mechanic in and other actions not coded properly. Rare and below wands allow movement using mouse/keyboard as designed. Unique wand I am using is "Enezun's Volatile Charge"
