missing points

I was purchasing the waypoint cosmetic and i think i've purchased it 3 times till i noticed it was taking my currency.

I thought it was just bugging out and so tried again.

I have also donated 100 points to the guild and it took it out of my pool but it didn’t show up in the guild funds.

also, when i tried to reach out to support via email i got an error that the delivery is incomplete, i'm guessing because of volume.

Could some staff help me with this please.
