support team doesn't care about us :]

i've emailed the support team multiple times and made threads here a decent amount of times too, about unlinking my steam account from my poe account, which should be something as easy as clicking on unlink, but instead of that GGG decided that we should wait for months for support to see our ticket to unlink our account.
I love GGG and i Hate it at the same time.
