trouble with ps account relink

I link the wrong ps5 account and want to relink with a new one. Ive already sent an email to support@grindinggear.com,here are some questions if someone could help me with. 1. How do I know if my email was sent successfully? Will there be an auto reply? 2.Normally how long would the process be taken? 3.what info should i provide? Much appreciated.
