Can't Enter Maps in Karui Shore or in Hideout - Map Device Gone

After Trying the new Settlers League (Normal Mode) and finishing all the act, I can't seem to enter the portal in the Call to Arms Mission. Where after entering the portal, I keep getting kicked to the login screen.

I've tried with different characters and different accounts and it works quite well. Specifically for this account it keeps crashing over and over, so... I can't even proceed like at all.

Please help.
