Immortal miniboss minions
Two minions on the "Hunting Grounds", which should be renamed immortal dodobirds, continuously revive after being downed. No additional experience is granted for re-killing them and it is almost immediate. The only way to escape them was running until I found an edge to get them caught on, as they revive and attack before a portal can be dropped.
This did not happen on my ranger playthrough, though, It happened on a sorceress using firewall + sparks through the firewall. Last bumped on Jan 25, 2025, 6:32:54 AM

I've had a very similar problem with Bloodthief Wasp minions in the Sandswept Marsh.
- Entered the Orok Campfire encounter area. - Encountered two rare monsters - Killed them while kiting them out of the area - Event was marked as completed on the world map - Afterwards a group of 5 or 6 Bloodthief Wasp minions would continuously spawn after being killed. - Killing them awards no experience. - Returning to the area after teleporting out via waypoint (can't use portal due to interruption while casting), the mobs are still there. - Resetting the instance solved the problem - the only way I could proceed | |
Similar problem in a delirious Spider Woods map right now.
The rare is gone but it's Vault Lurker and Black Spider minions constantly revive to the point i had to start expedition and have Rog babysit them. -Delirious Spider Woods Map -Stormweaver with Flame Wall+Spark -Kitokus Current for Electrocute Recorded it with Nvidia Overlay which also killed ingame sound :D Last edited by Revlol#6815 on Jan 25, 2025, 5:58:48 AM

I had a similar experience yesterday evening with my ranger in Act 2 normal. There was a bunch of bugs that insta-revived. Since I knew that mechanic from my other char I searched around them in a big circle for the reviver -> nothing. I ran to the other end of the map but the reviving minions followed me everywhere but no rare. I had to leave the map and make a new instance to get away from them.
