me too !! Unknowingly had 2 PC accounts - POE2 EA but Coins are on POE 1 account?

I had reached level 42, and I was under the impression that the 300 coins had not been credited to my account. It wasn't until I recently saw others having the same problem that I discovered I had two accounts under one account!! And the account I've been using is the POE1 account I registered a decade ago!!! It doesn't have the coins, while Account 2 does.
The 300 coins are on the POE2 account. Any ideas of what I can do to get my 300 coins to my POE1 account and not lose my POE1 progress. I don't want to relevel to level 42 again！ Last bumped on Dec 10, 2024, 5:27:03 PM

I had the same issue. I played poe1 on console and then bought poe2 on Steam on a different account. Both of my accounts are linked to the same login though. I emailed support (as directed in the "contact support" tab) and got a reply a day later that my email is undeliverable due to "The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional message from being delivered."
Hoping there is a way to transfer the coins. |
