BUG REPORT - Passive Tree not saving

I don't remember exactly what i did, i think i did respec twice without closing the passive skill tree page, but now if i do refund points and apply new ones, after relog, it reverts the tree back to a combination of previous version and last changes i applied.
Also it takes the gold out when respeccing but after relog and the merged tree weirdness, the gold is back in my pocket.

The way i respec is to refund points, choose new paths and click apply.
It seems to work fine if i refund all points first, relog, then assign points again.

Unfortunately I don't have reproducible steps to contribute here, but last night in a voice chat with my friend, I remembered him saying how he was respeccing at the hooded figure, and he was suddenly confused about something he applied not being saved. He attempted the same thing again, and it worked. So I think there is something going on here.

Same thing is happening for me as well. Can’t find a workaround yet.

Same. Firstly I got my points changed in the UI but after leaving zone they reset. Now I just can't rerspec at all. Clicking on Apply Points button does nothing.

Found a workaround.

The problem happened (for me) when I tried change the very first points on the tree and then go with alternative way.

I've applied changes after every step.

So basicly you need to pay twice for some points.

1. Refund points from another place on the tree.
2. Put your points where you want them to go so the rest of the tree would connect.
3. Refund points that you don't need.

Can also confirm this same experience on my Monk.

1. Speak to the Hooded One to refund Passives.
2. Refund passives and select new passives.
3. Apply changes.
4. Exit Passive Tree and re-open and changes still show applied.
5. Enter a new zone (either by waypoint or portal).
6. Passive Skills have reverted to previous state with changes no longer applied.

It's worth noting as well that the cost of the refund is returned to my gold balance when I've zoned into an area after the respec.

Also, some nodes won't refund until you refund just a random, different node first, and then the node you want to refund is able to be selected.
