What are the Resistance status ?

Hello guys, I see there is a lot of resistance pen in the tree but what is the current status of mobs/boss with resistances ?

I'm sitting with 45 pen without debuff curse, should I try to lower it and spend SP somewhere else or try to aim for more ?
