CANNOT ACCESS HIDEOUT PS5

PLEASE no body is talking about this issue but me from what I’m seeing.
Whenever i click on “Travel to hideout” via the waypoint my game simply freezes NOTHING happens!!! I bought the $100 EA pack and can’t even use or go to my hideout !!!! Please acknowledge this issue ASAP it’s driving me insane. Last bumped on Dec 11, 2024, 4:03:13 PM

Same on PS5 too
Having so many problems with map device in ziggurat refuge, I decided to rush a hideout to see if the map device works better. I cleared the hideout map, I have the option to choose the hideout unfortunately when I choose it, I'm getting stuck on a transparent screen of hideout choise. There is a workaround. You must be playing Local Couch Coop with just one account, right? I have to go back to character selection first, then log in alone, take the portal to the hometown, go back to character selection, let the second player join again and then go back into the game. Only with the town is the problem and only in local couch coop apparently. Game breaking bug!

Edit : I have unlock a second hideout, I tried to change for the second and now I can not have the option to change hideout, I have a option to travel to my hideout and after a short loadind, I a the message "Failed to join any instance"

" I'm also having this exact problem. Interestingly, I have no issue visiting other players' hideouts for trades. I just cannot visit my own hideout. |

+1 Still an issue, got once somehow teleported into our guild hideout after choosing it, but otherwise only get the Failed to join Instance error message If I try to travel to any hideout.

Same cant go to H/O on ps5.. i can go into others H/O to trade tho....
