Can’t access hideout PS5 HELP !!!!

I have contacted ggg and posted more than 1 thread now. I am on ps5 and my screen just freezes when I try to travel to my hideout via the waypoint. I purchased the $100 EA pack I even uninstalled and reinstalled POE 2 and still I cannot travel to my hideout. This has been a bug since December 7th for me now

Same for me, unlocked all hideout and dreadnought, but can't get to any of them. Getting error "Failed to join any instances"

I am also having the exact same issue. I bought the 100$ bundle and I am not able to access the hideout. When pressing X to Swap it just excludes the images of the hideouts and the swap and close buttons still appear but nothing happens or can be done besides close.

Same here. PS5. Does anyone know a PS5 that has successfully gone to their hideout? Or is this effecting all PS5 players?
