Reqest for Assitance Regarding My Locked Account

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to follow up on the issue regarding my locked account. The Account details are as follows:

- Account Name: bulutcan99#3574
- Bound Email: bulutcansevketgocer@gmail.com

Previously, I was instructed to send emails from my primary email address, which i did. I have sent approximately 4-5 emails over the past 1.5 weeks with bounded email, but i have not received any response or update regarding my case.
Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my account or let me know if there are any additional steps i ned to take? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

For some context my account locked for steam refund i initiated earler has been aproved. I want to emphasize that i had already requested its cancellation to Steam Support. Please know that this was not intentional. If my intention were to exploit the system, I would not try so much and bought highest-tier package and also before purchases.

To provide some context, i orginally owned the lowest-tier package. Howeverm when a friend gifted me the hightest-tier package, I decided to request a refund for the lowest-tier package, thinking it was appropiate. I now understand that have been a mistake on my part, and i deeply regret any misunderstanding caused by this action.

By the way I already tried to cancel the chargeback through my bank, they informed me that they cannot reverse the process. But Just tell me what should i do, I can buy one more highest-tier package if you want. Just answer me please.
