POE 2 on PC and PS5 simultaneously

Hey,

I bought EA for POE 2 both through the pathofexile.com website and in PS5 store. When the QR code appeared on PS5, I used my PC account to tie it with PlayStation Network Account.

The trouble is that I want to be able to play the game with 2 different characters potentially at the same time. However in the current circumstance, when I log in on my PC, if my girlfriend is logged in on PS5, she'll be immediately dropped out of the game.

I don't care about playing my PC character on PS5, all I want is me and my partner to be able to play the game separately but at the same time.

Can you help please?

Yea you shouldnt have linked the accounts cause u share the character. If you have two sepparette accounts it will work but i dont think you can unlink so you have to make a new ps5 account or a new steam account and buy the Ea for the third time. This is only how i think it works.

There's no way I'll buy it the third time. I googled and searched for any mentions if I won't be able to use same account twice on two separate platforms and I couldn't find any info on the subject.

Support should be able to unlink my account, I just don't understand why that isn't an option in the account settings.

I have the same issue and this is ridiculous. It should be limited to playing one character concurrently but they probably cut corners to get to beta release...
