Secrets in the Dark bug?

Is anyone having problems with Secrets in the Dark in the Grelwood? Release night, I passed through this quest without problem but now I got my spikes but the tree is not allowing me to or is not giving me prompt to nail the spikes into the ruins. Just nothing happens. Is this a known bug issue?

So I created a new character and it works for that one, but not the last one I tried
