Refund: Accidental item bought in POE 1 store!

Hello GGG,
When browsing POE 1 store a few days ago to check if my Xbox account had the 300 points for POE 2 pre-order I exedently bought 'Ethercraft Aura Effect Pack' which is not usable at all in POE 2. I would like to to refund the pack so I can get my 280 points back as it is 30 euros. I double tabbed 'A' withouth noticing it. PS: Would it also be possible to refund 'Blood Guard Footprints Effect' 80 points? I tested if the skin would go to POE 2.
