Cast on minion death stopped working. (POE2)

After I added clarity and vitality on "Cast on minion death" it stopped working to reserve when you right click on it.
Now even if I unreserve everything and remove the supports it still wont activate no matter what spirit I have ( I tried using a sceptre and the unique armour which gives you +100 spirit.

This gem is now permanently bricked. :-)

It seems me and a few other people also have this issue that can brick the gem, sadly most common fixes don't seem to work. Not even buying a new gem solves it. I hope they fix this soon. There also seems to be a way to do some crazy duplications with Hellhounds because of the gem, as well as break your spirit limit by summoning more minions than allowed normally, though that seems to crash the game.

i got the same problem, i have over 200 spirit and i cant use ore activate ist - not enough spirit. Pls Fix this thank you
