Lost all MTX from merge

Hi,

I recently did the merge on my account before poe 2 came out so that I could eventually play on both the xbox and PC. I for the most part have made all purchases on PC but have some tabs etc on xbox. Since poe2 launch and the merge I now have none of the tabs or mtx I bought on PC including the latest MTX pack I bought. All my MTX seem to be missing including tabs.

I messaged support but am yet to hear back after 3 days so was wondering if anyone could help here.
