Email Delivery incomplete for a second time, character restoration
Hi,
After a couple of tries over the mailing system to contact support, i have no choice but to go this route. Since 2 of my mails bounded with response: " Mail Delivery Subsystem<mailer-daemon@googlemail.com> support@grindinggear.com Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. The response was: Receive rate too high " With all due respect, that's unacceptable. My sibling deleted my character by accident, and id like to have it restored. It's like that for days...
Also there is way more important than a character deleted. And seriously lvl6... It probably takes more time to send the email and come here than just recreate a new character lol Pardon my english, I'm French :p

In fact, it doesn't even concern GGG as it's not a bug or any technical issue or whatsoever, just you who aren't careful and made a mistake. If you buy a new phone and your sibling drops it and breaks the screen, will you go back to the shop asking for a new one? Anyway, I hope you will get your character back, but don't be in a rush as GGG is flooded by requests now, that's why I was replying to you in the first place and trying to save your precious time. Pardon my english, I'm French :p

" And who are you exactly? You have no affiliation to GGG, and here you are speaking for them. You don't get to decide what a bug is and what is not. Apparently i missed the part where it said 'community' technical support. Weird if you ask me. Besides character restoration is normally handled by emailing them. Ive seen plenty of posts regarding this issue. And the problem is that mailing them isn't working. Honestly, i am sad i have to respond to a post like this. |

Okay but to clarify, it's not a matter of delay. If the emails to support are not going through... then you won't be getting back to us at all :( And yes I'm having the same issue. Support emails sent on Dec 7 and again on Dec 8 both failed to deliver. |

I got an initial response to my support ticket, they asked for more information, I sent that additional information, and now I saw this in my inbox tonight. Delivery Incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@grindinggear.com. Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. The response was: The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that time, your message will be delivered. For more information, go to https://support.google.com/mail/?p=ReceivingRate |
