ACT 2 (cruel) Trdidtion's Toll quest

Passed the quest Tradition's Toll (ACT2 cruel mode) in co-op mode. The letter itself was found. But it was impossible to give the quest item to anyone in the caravan. Although the quest dialog appeared in this case.
The quest item is now gone and a new opportunity to knock out a new one is not with a complete cleanup of the location. Can I somehow reset the phase of the quest that it was considered not started, or count it and give the book of skills.   Last bumped on Jan 29, 2025, 8:19:02 PM

Forgot the screenshot of the quest text. It says that I have to hand over what I do not have and can no longer find.

Same here, was playing with my friend and I received the reward but he can't get his and is stuck with Final Letter and his inventory :/ any fix?
