Hardlock Ogham Village, cant progress further

After killing area boss and freeing the prisoner went to full clear the area, found Renly's Tools, went back to town to give back the tools + talk to Leitis. After comming back to Ogham Village area used the option "Respawn at checkpoint" thinking it will spawn me back next to area boss, which it didnt as it spawned me at checkpoint close to Renly's Tools. Ran back to go into next area which i cant at this moment, the passage is not highlighted in any way and on the minimap the quest mark is visible. Went back to town to maybe talk to NPCs and progress it in any way - didnt work. Went to character screen selection and came back - didnt work. Restared the game - didnt work. Right now im full stuck in the area and cant progress the game. (The screenshot isnt from F8 in game as it for some reason doesnt save for me, used PrintScreen and Paint to capture the Debug info). PLS HELP

Update:
Found out that waypoint in Manor Ramparts was unlocked w.o me entering it before. Can progress
Update2:
Went back to Ogham village and killed area boss again, still cannot enter next area other than using waypoint.
