Request for Refund of Coins for Guild Stash Tabs

Hello,

I would like to ask if it is possible to get a refund for the coins I spent on purchasing two Quad Stash Tabs for the guild. I bought them like a few hours before the release of PoE2, assuming they would be automatically carried over to PoE2, but that is not the case.

I had to create a new guild, and now I don’t have enough coins left for the tabs (2x Quad Tab = 370 coins), which is quite a lot. I genuinely expected the tabs to transfer to PoE2, as Jonathan mentioned.

i did buy them on launch day and i did buy one map stash for poe1 too but i dont need refund for that :

I’ve already reached out to support, but I haven’t heard back from anyone since.

So at least i would like to know if it's possible.
